My workshops are aimed at beginners or those who want to improve their photography. All taught in the field, so your learning by taking photo’s. Where ever you are on your photography journey, I have a workshop for you.

When purchasing a workshop you are buying a voucher for £80 that can be used on any of my available workshops. I will contact you shortly after your purchase to book you in and build your chosen workshop. There is a good choice of available dates, I can usually book people in within a few weeks. All major credit & debit cards accepted.

Requirements for Workshops
If you have a DSLR with an interchangeable lens or fixed zoom lens. Perfect for Nikon, Canon, Olympus, Fuji, Sony or other digital cameras with a dial on top that lets you control different camera modes, this is for you.
If you have a point and shoot camera that only has Auto mode, and you are unable to set the Shutter and Aperture yourself, this course may not be for you.
What will I learn?
What all the buttons do on your camera. How to easily navigate through the menus and what they mean. Get off full auto snapshot setting. Avoid out of focus photos. Understand the exposure triangle.
Where are they held?
Workshop normally takes place in Northampton at Delapre Abbey its a great places for you to get to grips with your camera. It is free to walk the grounds with free parking.
When are they?
Workshops are run every weekday morning 10am -12pm all year round. If you want a weekend contact me to request before purchase, as I do not normally run workshops at weekends.

If you would like a half or full day at a specific location, get in touch
I have taught workshops at the zoo, ideal if you are going on safari, get some practice in. The beach is great for sunrises and sunsets and long exposure work. I have even taught how to shoot the fast jets at RAF Lakenheath.
They will be bespoke to you all with 1-2-1 tuition. Prices will vary depending on your requirements.
